Color Mixing Light Box
Our newest light-product is a result of our endless brainstorming and fanaticism with technology. We developed the Color Mixing Light Box (also available in a table) over the summer and early fall of 2008, and were blown away when we finally got it working. Fun for all ages, this box allows you mix red, blue, and green lights into any color desirable using three oversized knobs. Turn them all on, and you will get white light, similar to a cool fluorescent bulb. In our testing, we have used it for manipulatives, puppet show backgrounds, playing cars, and just simple exploration. Seeing that it prouduces white light too, I think we may have just made fluorescent light boxes and tables obsolete.
